Driven by the new wave of revolution in the science and technology industry, emerging industries are emerging one after another, with huge potential and unpredictable risks coexisting. The concept of new quality productivity came into being,which represents the innovation of productivity and the future development trend of advanced productivity. This paper uses a conceptual analysis method to study and analyze the logical ideas of risk-driven innovation of enterprises empowered by new quality productivity, and takes BYD's entry into the new energy vehicle insurance industry as an example to conduct a case analysis. The study demonstrates the positive role that new productivity plays in empowering enterprise innovation at the technical level and building an innovation culture for enterprises when firms engage in risk-driven innovation. Based on this, the study suggests innovative behaviors for relevant enterprises to explore new industries in the future. Enterprises with innovation needs can realize risk-driven innovation by utilizing new quality productivity from multiple perspectives, such as enhancing core technology R&D capabilities, cultivating new production factors, forward-looking planning for new industries, and shaping the supply chain pattern of new industries.

The significance of climate change is growing, prompting individuals to actively reduce greenhouse gas pollution, promote the use of renewable energy sources, and advocate for sustainable development. Carbon taxes have become an important policy tool for attaining sustainable development. The purpose of this article is to analyze the emergence of carbon taxes. The research objective is to analyze the feasibility and the efficacy of imposing a carbon tax. The research highlighting the importance of carbon taxes in effectively eliminating greenhouse gas pollutions by analyzing countries that are already implementing them, designing income neutral carbon taxes to balance environmental benefits and economic growth, and listing options for various subsidies after taxes. The study is significant because it provides a thorough assessment of the effects of carbon taxes and suggests feasible policy suggestions. The government should consider the economic situation and people's income when designing the level of carbon tax and use more tax revenue to invest in new energy to achieve long-term low carbon. Wind and solar energy will be the main energy sources in the future. Under appropriate policies, carbon tax can achieve low-carbon and maintain GDP.

It is also trying to expand its sales from the Korean domestic entertainment market to overseas markets, mainly the United States. Despite the controversy surrounding some of HYBE's groups, which has raised the company's operational risk, the company's groups have gradually gained a significant position in global entertainment. This article analyzes the value of HYBE from the perspectives of profitability and business analysis, describes the current state of the company's development, and explores the reasons for its steady growth.

The importance of sustainable development has attracted public attention. To achieve the global sustainable development goals, copious countries have recently begun formulating and implementing mandatory ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) disclosure policies. This has prompted the research community to investigate the impact of compulsory disclosure on the interests of corporate stakeholders, such as share price. According to stakeholder theory, long-term value-based theory, resource-based theory, and efficient market hypothesis, ESG mandatory disclosure will have short-term and long-term impacts on stock prices. Specifically, from the short-term perspective, good ESG reports will lead to rapid growth. Then the price will return to normal level. Moreover, in the long term, this has no significant impact on share prices. This article will use event research methods and linear regression models to specifically study the impact of Apple's ESG report disclosure on stock prices. Finally, research has found that in a normal environment, mandatory ESG disclosure will have a positive short-term impact on share price according to the good quality of ESG reports, while this will have a negative influence on stock price due to the poor quality of ESG reports. However, in special circumstances such as the 2022-2022 global epidemic period and long-term perspective, the disclosure of ESG reports has no significant impact on stock prices.

With the continuous advancement of technology and the popularization of the Internet, consumers' demand for personalized products is increasingly high. Traditional production modes have been unable to meet consumers' demands for product uniqueness and personalized experiences, which requires manufacturing enterprises to shift towards mass customization modes with unique advantages in production efficiency and cost control. Taking Nike as an example, this paper analyzes its supply chain problems based on its financial report. It then explores Nike's mass customization process using C2M and 3D printing, as well as information collaboration methods in the supply chain. Additionally, the paper analyzes AR-based virtual fitting technology and evaluates Nike's internal matrix organizational structure for customization and collaboration. From the perspectives of Nike's technology level and internal organizational structure, this paper analyzes the supply chain management and information collaboration process in its mass customization process, aiming to provide references for related manufacturing industries in enterprise operation and technology application during the mass customization process.

This study focuses on Alibaba International, a premier global digital trading platform, to illustrate the applications of artificial intelligence tools in e-commerce, examine both the positive and negative impacts of these tools on e-commerce, and suggest strategies for enhancing e-commerce Operation Management. The aim is to offer enlightenments for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce businesses. Through this case analysis, it can be understood that intelligent e-commerce has provided many conveniences for the e-commerce industry, but also faces a series of challenges, such as AI generated false or infringing content, and increased operational management difficulties. In this situation, e-commerce companies should take strengthening the cultivation of intelligent talents as a guarantee, focusing on customer experience and valuing personalized product needs as advantages, and improving operational management efficiency through the reasonable use of favorable policies to bring profits to the enterprise.

The research on collaborative management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in engineering projects aims to explore the application of BIM technology in construction engineering and its impact on collaborative management. BIM technology creates digital 3D models, centrally manages project information, promotes information sharing and collaboration, and improves project management efficiency. In construction projects, BIM technology can effectively solve the problems of difficult information sharing and poor information transmission, thereby making collaborative management more efficient. In addition, the application of BIM technology in the design, bidding, and construction stages can ensure the smooth transmission of information and improve the efficiency of collaborative management. Research has shown that the application of BIM technology in structural design significantly improves design quality and demonstrates its wide applicability. However, despite the significant advantages of BIM technology in collaborative management, there are still some challenges, such as trust issues and technical operational difficulties. Through in-depth research and application of BIM technology, more efficient collaborative management models can be provided for future engineering projects, promoting the development of the construction industry.

The advancement of information technology has resulted in a rapid rise of a new phase of technical and industrial revolution, propelling the global shift from an industrial economy to a digital economy at an accelerated rate. Digital transformation has become an irreversible and pervasive tendency in contemporary society. Despite the significant growth of China's economy, the industrial supply chain is not operating at its highest efficiency. To achieve sustainable cost reduction and efficiency, enterprises need to promote digital transformation and supply chain upgrading. By doing so, enterprises can optimize resource allocation among different links in the supply chain and enhance the quality of their development. This study conducted an investigation of the value benefits, problems, and difficulties of enterprise supply chain digital transformation, using Jingdong as an example. The following article aims to provide a credible reference for organizations by discussing the successful paths and measures of digitizing the supply chain, using Jingdong's experience and activities in supply chain digital transformation as a reference.

This study examines the casual effect of parental educational achievement and family background on educational outcome and income for children. In addition, the study tests the parental education as an instrumental variable for children’s education. The 2022 United States General Social Survey (GSS2022) has been used as the dataset. This article uses Mincer earning function and instrumental variable regression to generate the outcomes between parental status, parental educational achievement, and the outcomes for children. The result indicates that the impact of parental educational achievement and advantage family background on income for children is negligible. The result also shows that the education has a significant effect on income. Furthermore, the study finds out that there is significant correlation between parental educational achievement and the educational achievement for children. In addition, the advantage family background has a significant impact on educational attainment for children. Moreover, the instrumental variable regression outcomes indicate that the difference between IV regression and OLS regression is small. This research uses the latest dataset to find out the casual effects of family background and parental education on children’s education and future income.

In recent years, prefabricated dishes is a rapidly developing emerging industry in China. With a long industrial chain, wide connections and high technical requirements, it has become an important productive force for the upgrading of agricultural industry and has great development potential. However, the development of China's prefabricated dish still faces problems such as non-standard industry standards, unstable quality, low consumer acceptance, and insufficient innovation ability. The purpose of studying prefabricated dish is to explore more market potential, promote the upgrading of prefabricated dish industry, and meet more consumer needs. This paper introduces the present situation of China's prefabricated dishes, analyzes the different characteristics of overseas mature prefabricated dishes, and provides a development path for reference. It is suggested that the future prefabricated dishes industry should pay attention to food safety, expand sales channels, innovate dishes, and establish brand and marketing system. It also provides new ideas and suggestions for the future development of predicted dishes.
